I just took the quiz and found i'm a sugar addict-no surprise there. I'm usually ok if I don't have sweets in the house, but just watching something on the food network can trigger a craving-suddenly i want that sweet. I tried to just buy on treat when i shop for food, but it starts a craving cycle I just don't seem to have the "off switch" when it comes to sweets.
The challenge I'm giving myself this week is to throw away the last piece of pie and the carton of ice cream i currently have in the house. I bought a watermelon yesterday, I'm going to cut that up today and have that for dessert instead.
