Sorry I haven't been around. Work is busy - the gym is busy.
I am prioritizing and I seriously need to de-stress. My weight is still WAY too high. SO my DD and I have joined WW and we'll see how that goes. I do like the meetings in person. I enjoy eating fruit and veggies that I don't need to log just count.
So I will check in on occassion but feel I need to step away for a bit and come back happier and less stressed.
I am still counting steps and will check in with the 10K team - who I love dearly.
