Why do you hate me?
Okay, I know my scales don't hate me. And I know it's my own fault for jumping on them far too often, but I'm so tired of seeing that same stupid number. What does a girl have to do?? Well, probably stop weighing every day for a start. I'm really going to work on it and try to get down to just 2 weigh-ins per week.
As a follow up to my non-scale victories post I've decided to set some actual goals that don't involve that particular piece of electronic gadgetry:
1. Be able to take my jeans off without having to push them over my calves.
2. Complete my tae bo DVD without feeling like I'm going to collapse.
3. Lose 1/2 an inch from my waist, hip and thigh measurements.
4. Look in the mirror, tell myself that I look good, and really believe it.
I think that's enough to be getting on with for now.
