There are 6 weeks left till my daughter starts Kindergarten :( Though I am sad and feel time is going WAY too quickly I am going to attempt to make the best of these next 6 weeks.
Here is my 42 day plan for my INDEPENDENCE:
Start Date : 7/4/12
End Date: 8/15/12
I have had several persons try to talk me into a new challenge and though I am interested I am just not able to invest in the plan. So, I am going to attempt to challenge myself with a more affordable product which I already have on hand. I also know the product I have on hand, Syntrax nectar, has the correct ammount and form of protein to for me since I don't process protein as well as the average person.
For nutrition I will have 2 shakes, 2 snacks, and 1 meal daily. My snacks and meals will include fruits and vegetables. Also I will work towards drinking 48+oz of water daily.
For activity: My goal is to move 1000+minutes over the next 42 days
Starting weight: 260.1

Meal 1: Shake (Blueberry Cheesecake: 4oz Skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax Nectar Vanilla Protein, 1tbsp Sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, 1c frozen blueberries, blended)
Meal 2: Burger pattie with cheese, no bun, 1/4c Baked beans, 5 BBQ Chips
Meal 3: NONE, Shake MISSED
Meal 4: 1 slice supreme pizza (papa murphys)
Meal 5: 1 Slice desert pizza
