After my 2-day hiking weekend last weekend I decided that this week I would do no workouts whatsoever. With the 4th of July breaking up the week I thought this would be the perfect week to be lazy.
Well, tonight I found myself at the gym.
I just cannot NOT work out. It's impossible!
Being active in that way adds so much quality to my life and I realize it truly has become part of who I am.
For those of you who are struggling with this concept, who are struggling getting even your daily 10 minutes in, be patient. But at the same time, consider your choices. Hate the treadmill, go for a run instead. Hate running, go for a swim. Hate swimming, go for a bike ride. Hate bike riding, do some yoga or Pilates. Hate that go Zumba. Hate Zumba, play soccer. You get the idea.
Trick is to find yours. Mix it up and make it fun.
It'll grow on you, I promise.
