I found the "report" section of SP that gives you a breakdown of so many different things. I love it!
It's been a bit difficult for me to measure my success from the 20th of the month, which is the date that I started in February. So I decided beginning with July 1st I would change to measuring my "numbers" success on a per month basis, from the 1 st to the end of the month.
So if I recap June in this way, I lost 3 lbs and 3 inches. Not stellar, but it's less than I weighed or measured in May
I never missed a day drinking 64oz of water every day.
I increased my walking from 2.6 miles to 3.5 miles. Using my fitbit, I was able so see how many steps I was getting per day - boy it was pretty lousy since I have a desk job all day long so I started increasing and maintaining 3000 more steps a day. Did that 17 days out of the month.
10 lbs. loss
64 oz water has been pretty easy - my new new goal for July is to drink 100 oz of water 10 days this month - 64 oz the other days.
I have been maintaining 22 min mile pace with my walking. Goal for July is to get at least 10 walks at 21 min pace or less. Increase walking distance beyond 3.5 miles 5 times this month.
Strength training 15 days minimum this month in the mornings for 30 minutes.
Log on to SP every day to track nutrition at least 25 days. Trip scheduled to new York mid month and I don't think I will be signing on so I want to take that into consideration, otherwise it would be everyday.
