530AM- Workout Time!

Tuesday, July 03, 2012

Why is it so easy to be lazy even though being active and working out makes you feel so great? Shouldn't it be easier to get your butt up and work out because of that great feeling of accomplishment afterwards? I guess no. I have been slacking. Not with my food tracking because I still do that daily, but I haven't really been working out in a few days. I just can't get myself motivated to go running although I love it. Yeah, I know I don't make sense.
I need to get back on track. So tomorrow morning I will get up extra early-I already set the alarm and also my cellphone- and to my workout. It is way too hot to go later the day and I don't like working out in the evening too much because of all the bugs which seem to love me haha.

I go through the same thing... "Mind over matter." We all know how great we feel after a good workout so why does it sometimes feel like such a chore? right?

Yeah I prefer working out in the morning even though I love to sleep in and I am not the happiest person in the morning, but exercising definitely boosts my mood. Thank you both for your coments emoticon

I'm a early morning exercise person too. I like to relax and go with the flow in the evenings. Have a great holiday! emoticon

5:30 is a good work out time for me too. Once I do it - I DON'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT - til the next day.

Good job at figuring it out.
