If you read over my blog entries you will see that I really struggle to get on track and stay on track. I will never give up because who knows how big I would be if I did. Every little bit helps!
Today I will make good choices. Today I will not cheat even a little.
My goal is lofty....a loss of 2 lbs a week for 10 weeks....for overall loss of 20 lbs by my birthday. I also have my parents visiting so if I stay on trak, I will be down 15 by the date they arrive. Throw in a seeing a psycho person that I would feel great looking great when I see this person....and there is some motivation to DO THIS!!!
I'm about to rejoin the rec center so I can GO someplace to make that workout happen. I'm not going to be crazy and start working out every day. My goal will be a minimum of 3 days a week but hopefully up to 5 with a few extra walks/hikes.
This may be boring to read but I am going to try to journal instead of eat ;).
Here is to a great couple of life changing months ahead!!!!!
