I have been super happy and excited the past few days because I got engaged! I am hoping my motivation stays up.
But what can I do to stay motivated through all the upcoming BBQ's and July 4th celebrations? I am better on portion sizes and social eating than before, I just need to stay active on top on all the eating!
What can I do to stay active with more going on? :)
