I lost about 10 pounds through the summer. I am on a complete track and am really glad about it, so glad , I wanted to share my happiness and what made me lose so much weight.
This is what I did:
1. I downloaded every video of Coach Nicole and did one each everyday, the curiosity made me do all her videos
2. I strength trained almost everyday( Summer right? Did not have anything else to do. :)
3. Ate at least 6 veggies everyday.
4. Controlled my diet as much as possible, I've learnt to say no to certain desserts and other confectioneries.
5. Yea, I did facial exercises for at least 5 minutes everyday.
Now everyone's saying that I lost a lot of weight and I look energetic and I'm really happy about it! I wish to maintain my hard work throughout, oops.. it's not hard work cause I'm loving it.
