Finding alternative ways to get there

So the road is not quite as smooth as I would have liked it to be. Huh! As all my regular forms of exercise have been off-limits for a few days and probably for several more. I have to be creative. I got my big swedish ball
(aka "the big ball of love") out of the closet, and I sit on it instead of my regular office chair. So my core's pretty much taken care of. I've been using weights
, and I've done exercices not requiring the use of my foot to either keep my balance, jump or give me traction (man we do use those toes often, don't we!). But my favourite "discovery" of all? Swimming!!!
Yeah! That's probably the easiest thing to do right now. So, all in all, this broken toe will probably have very little detrimental effect on my weightloss/getting back into fierce shape program. Ha! Pretty cool!
