My first week back "on" went pretty well. I tracked during the weekdays and didn't go too crazy on the weekend (though a red (strawberry), white (whipped cream) and blue (blueberries) cake did make an appearance. I do think the 1400-1600 range will be the easiest one to stick to.

And yes, those days that were less processed and full of my beautiful cucumber, lemon and mint water, I felt a lot better.

I didn't weigh in this week because of TOM but I'm hoping for a loss soon!

First week of half training done. I skipped one interval run and just walked instead but I did make it to the gym for aqua aerobics/swimming and elliptical/ST on two nights. My "long" run was only 2 miles, but I ran it in under a 12-minute mile, which I was super surprised about since my times have been hovering around 13-minute miles lately.

Today Keira and I are off to the pool and then back up to the beach for the rest of the week. It's harder to stay on track up there, but I know I FEEL BETTER when I'm eating well and working out, so it just has to be done.
