Wow, I can't believe that tomorrow is the weight-in!!! emoticon
I'm kind of nervous... not because I didn't follow my program but you know...

I'm really proud of myself for what I've accomplished this week. I wrote down everything and I've even exercised each day! Yesterday, one of my friends and I went together to a new place to jog. It is amazing!!! We live in the city so it's nearly impossible to jog, you always have to stop because there's a car or to see if there's one. You can't breathe because of the smells. But the place we found is surrounded by trees, the street is closed just for people who want to exercise (bike, roller-blades, jogging, ...) AND it's like a 15-20 minutes walk from my home . PLUS, someone's there each Monday, Wednesday and Friday night, 5 to 6pm, to give free aerobic dance classes. I mean, could it be more convenient!?!

So I was there with my friend, who's like 8 years older than me, and we started jogging. Let me tell you, fiou... I' m proud for the fact that I did it 5 minutes without stopping... ok, let me enjoy that for a second............. but she did like 20-25 minutes non-stop! Oh my! It's ok though. I'm proud for what I did and I know I'll keep improving. My goal to reach is to do 10 minutes in a row of jogging before the end of Week 4. It's said now so I better stick to my goal. emoticon
Wouhou!!!!! Here we go!
