Through the flurry of June, SP has kept me on track

This has been a June to remember! Much activity leading to significant stress and emotions - But - I kept on track with my eating and fit a good amount of exercise to boot. Results - down about 1/2 pound and I call that a success!

Here's the timeline:
June 2nd - HS Grad party at our house
June 14th - HS Graduation; our son
June 18th - 16 yr. Daughter flys out on service trip to Costa Rica
June 18th - 20 yr Daughter starts summer internship in city
June 23rd - Husband and 15 yr son fly to Colorado/New Mexico to do the Philmont Scout trip
June 27th - leave for Annapolis with HS Grad son to take him down to Plebe summer - the start of his Naval Academy years.
June 27th - Daughter is dropped home (no mom/dad there to greet her, just sister)
June 28th - Induction Day USNA
June 29th - present; panting, ripping up carpet, removing tack strips and staples to complete daughters' bedroom re-do
July 3rd - Boy Friend coming in for 6 days....cleaning, cleaning, cleaning - to get ready!
July 7th - Boys return from Philmont
July 8th - 1st of 3 summer phone calls from Navy Plebe - 5 minutes in length!

Exhausted - off to paint a bathroom, and clean the guest room

    No real need to "exercise," right? You're getting a workout just running to keep up!
