I started my day teaching Spin at 5:30 a.m! I had a great, energetic ride. I made a slideshow of fireworks and flags that was playing on the tv while we rode to some great Patriotic music. I encouraged everyone to wear red, white and blue and gave out party hats to the first five people on their bikes. It was a good feeling since it was only my 10th class. It went over very well. One of the younger people in the class thoughtbit was my best ride yet! I went back to the gym in the afternoon for Group Power and then stayed for another spin class to flush out my legs. Enjoying having the extra time to spend in the gym!
