Hate it. I get online.. check the WOD.. and immediately start thinking of ways to convince my boyfriend we shouldn't go.
But -- knowing we should, I say nothing and sluggishly drag myself in.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE leaving crossfit. I am NEVER sad I went once I get there. The music is going, people are sweating and its just a great time.
I'm so glad I FINALLY found a type of exercise I love to do, instead of something I dread, hate all the way through, and then sort of feel good I did something for myself.
