Main Challenge

Tuesday Walk 30 minutes twice a day. Do 50 wall push ups , 50 crunches, and 50 bridges.
Wednesday Walk 30 minutes twice a day.
Thursday Walk 30 minutes twice a day. Do 50 wall push ups , 50 crunches, and 50 bridges.
Friday Walk 30 minutes twice a day.
Saturday Walk 30 minutes twice a day. Go swimming.
