June review and July goals

Hello! Well my official June review is going to have to wait until I get get my numbers added up when I get power back.

Minues: 1055

Some of the really awesome things I did in June was I got up 19 mornings to exercise and I broke my 100 miles in 6 month goal! I'm really proud of those 2 things.

July goals:
I am starting my arms/abs/butt/flexibility sequence on 7/9 and I would like to follow my schedule of morning and afternoon workouts as closely as possible. In July my workouts will be 1 week Lean Circuit/1 week body revolution and then I will have some six week six pack in there.

I would like to accomplish 1,500 minutes which would be the most I've done so far this year. I want to start a 300 minute/week streak because I want to break my 7 week streak before my wedding!

I started a group with Izzybebop, Barbie and CJ where we are giving each other added motivation for 3 months! I'm excited and I think it will be fun.

Here are my measurements for 7/2
Chest: 42
Waist: 43
Hips: 47
Thigh: 25

So we will see what happens, I'm staying off the scale!

    Andrea, way to go on getting up in the morning to exercise for 19 days in June. You are doing great...and 100 miles so far is awesome! Thanks for the reminder to measure. I said I was going to do that and never did. Wow, is it only seven more weeks till your wedding?! The time will fly by and it will be here before you know it! I'm glad I joined the motivating group, so your great progress will rub onto me!!!
