Hello! Well my official June review is going to have to wait until I get get my numbers added up when I get power back.
Some of the really awesome things I did in June was I got up 19 mornings to exercise and I broke my 100 miles in 6 month goal! I'm really proud of those 2 things.
I am starting my arms/abs/butt/flexibility sequence on 7/9 and I would like to follow my schedule of morning and afternoon workouts as closely as possible. In July my workouts will be 1 week Lean Circuit/1 week body revolution and then I will have some six week six pack in there.
I would like to accomplish 1,500 minutes which would be the most I've done so far this year. I want to start a 300 minute/week streak because I want to break my 7 week streak before my wedding!
I started a group with Izzybebop, Barbie and CJ where we are giving each other added motivation for 3 months! I'm excited and I think it will be fun.

So we will see what happens, I'm staying off the scale!
