Day 5

Not an all together successful day, but not too bad either.

I had a terrible headache for most of the day, then had to go to another baseball game this afternoon, so I didn't get much of anything done. I went a little bit over on my calorie intake for the day, but it was because I really needed it. I think my body was a little out of whack from all the heat, and I just couldn't get by on the lower calories today. Nothing I ate was unintentional or mindless. And I did track everything.

End of the month reports are not done. But it is only 9 pm! The beauty of having a home office is that you can work late hours.

Did not exercise. It hurt to move my head all morning!

So hopefully things will be better tomorrow:

1. Swim early in the day, so the day doesn't get away from me!
2. Track everything.
3. Get some office work done!

    I wouldn't worry about going over. Coach Nicole has at least one article here that talks about aiming for good habits 80% of the time. I think when we are actively trying to lose weight we naturally aim a bit higher. It is all about progress not perfection!
