So my dear friend and I (card carrying members of the PWA Ė donít ask, we donít tell) have decided to start the BFD together. What pray tell is the BFD? The BFD is the Big Fat Diet.
The plan was to start on July 1st, and me being me, i blew it already Ė we had roasted potatoes with dinner and who am i to walk away from roasted potatoes. I shouldnít have made them, but I did and they were good.
I c categorically refuse to beat myself up over this and decided to just move on. I was going to start back at the gym todayÖ.I set my alarm clock to get up at the ass crack of early and everything. However when i was lying in bed at 2:30 this morning still wide awake, i decided that the work out plan needed to be tabled for today. f
I was even okay with that Ė I got up, made my yummy breakfast smoothie and added it into spark people. Imagine my surprise when I found out how many calories there are in skim milk! I ask you, how can something that tastes so freaking horrible have so many calories? Itís a puzzler for sure.
All was going well until I had some computer stuff to do and I, without even thinking ate several handfuls of cheese its. THAT was stupid. But again, not going to beat myself up over it. Itís pointless.
Hopefully Iíll sleep tonight Ė I should, iím freaking exhausted Ė and iíll be up early to hit the gym and do some cardio.
