I started my training today for a 10K. I don't feel like I did super hot. I only had to run 1.5 miles and it was struggle. I don't know if it is b/c I waited until 9:30 to go and it was already hot and muggy or b/c I am that much out of shape. My next run is Wednesday and that one is only 1.5 miles but I am going to try and get up early to run before it gets hot.
