Had gotten down to 233, but when I weighed today I find I have gained 4 pounds. Of course it is that time of the month so I am hoping some of the weight is from that. I did eat more than I was supposes to one day, but that one day was only over by 175 calories on my range. Not a big problem in the big picture. Of course my motto is not to give up so I am not letting this setback get me down. I WILL go on from here and keep working on it. The scale is not my main measurement tool. My clothes overall fit better. I have been indulging in lots of water due to the heat so fluid may be adding some weight. Skipped exercise one day and I am back at it today. Planning for my 5K!!! WooHoo!!! I'll never quit!!!!!!!
