Sorry I have been MIA & Rock It Week #1

Well, it has been a very long time since I have blogged and I haven't been around Spark very much either. I haven't totally reverted to my past habits, I have still been drinking all my water, have been quite active even if I haven't been doing "exercises" and my eating hasn't been too bad; however, I have really missed supporting my Sparkfriends and being part of the community. I have started to let my eating habits get out of control again lately and I am not going to give in to this behaviour.

I have joined the Rock It challenge with my fellow Bahama Mamas..and I am going to try really hard to get back on track.

The challenge for the first week it to make an exercise plan for the week and post it. So here goes:

Monday- Seated dancing for 15-20 mins & wall push-ups
Tuesday- Seated dancing for 15-20 mins
Wednesday- Seated dancing for 15-20 mins & wall push-ups
Thursday- Seated dancing for 15-20 mins
Friday- Seated dancing for 15-20 mins & wall push-ups

In addition to my Rock It challenges I am going to start eating more healthily again...and I am going to get connected to my Sparkly Peeps again.

I thank all of you for not giving up on me. I have thought of you all often and cheer you on even when I'm not posting.
