Goals for the Month of July:
Scale Goal: I know that scale goals are not the greatest idea but I like to have a guideline at least. My goal for this month is to lose 8.8lbs, putting me at 150lbs by the end of July. If I’m consistently losing though, I’m okay with falling a little short on this one.
Non-Scale Goals:
- Be up to my planned 9-10 miles in my half-marathon training program.
- Incorporate strength training at the gym back into my routine 2-3x per week.
