first weigh in since joining....

So, haven't done it yet.... I'll blog now so if I chicken out or get dissappointed.. I thing there's a good bet I will find some support from the nice people sparking it up out there! So, mini blog now .... Another one tonight with an update on the after.... feel free to send sparkin' positive telepathy toward San Antonio...     Hope the day at Sea World was a blast and you aren't too burned! Good luck with that scale...but as others have said there are more victories to be gained with your healthy journey than just a number on that thing. Great idea is to do your measurements at the beginning of each will astound yourself at the end of a good month with the progress you see there!

    Have you taken your measurements? That's the best way to do it! Especially if you are doing any strength training

    It's nice when the scale moves, but just remember that there are lots of changes going on in your body & the scale isn't king. I am sending positive thoughts your way & hope you have a great day!
