Time is flying by and my weight and my back health are not getting better. I need to set goals and work toward them. I need to make life comfortable and enjoyable. I dont want to wonder where the time (and my health) went.
July Goals
lose 3 pounds
daily stretches & exercises for back
be stricter with my diet
work on project list
B Fiber, coffee, 1/3 c Multi-grain oats, apple spice, cloves, 1 T chia, 1 peach, 2 strawberries, 1 T dried, unsweetened coconut, sourdough toast, sugar-free apricot preserves
L Salad (kale, 100 cal quacamole, cucumber, black beans, flax, cayenne, mushrooms, grape tomatoes)
S celery & hummus
D green beans & mushrooms, broccoli, red peppers, & new potatoes
