I saw this on another SP and really liked the idea, so I'm borrowing it.
Going to set my weekly goals for the month of July and then see how I do by the end of the month!
For the month of July (drum roll please)
2 "Strong Style" Conditioning Classes per week for a total of 8
6 - 45 min. hikes with my dogs for a total of 24
1 Yoga classes per week for a total of 4
3 cardio sessions per week for a total of 12 (running 5K or 5K on elliptical)
6 days of tracking per week/staying under 60 carbs per day (gross, not net) for a total of 26
Everyday: 32-64 oz of water per day for a total of 31
Going to print this up and get some "start" stickers to track it!

For July, I promise I will not quit the goals I have set out for myself.
I pledge that no matter, how many ups and downs I pass through, I will be diligent with accomplishing the things I have set out to do.
I pledge to make a NEW START every day.
I pledge to take control of myself.
I pledge to be kind to myself...but still look to have my a$$ kicked in my training sessions!!
I pledge to stay in the race for these goals this month and to be a WINNER!
