Over 2500 exercise minutes for June

Monday, July 02, 2012

That is more then I did for Jan- May combined LOL. It is because of all the rehab work I have to do to get my new knee in shape. I am almost where they want me to be so when I go to the doctor on the 17 th he will proably take me off of rehab . I just hope I continue with the exercise after I am done with rehab. So far for July I have done diddly squat. I have been sick in bed with my friend pancreatitis. I can't eat and barely drink water as it causes pain . I am tring to avoid going to the hospital by putting myself on bed rest and clear liquids.

I bet you do stick with the exercise because you know you can do it. That is an awesome number of minutes! Hope your pancreatitis is clearing up. That condition seems to do its own thing no matter what you do.

That's wonderful what you have done with your exercise. I know several people in my church who have knee replacement and they have to continue to do those exercises so the muscle does not atrophy, etc.
I know very little about pancreatitis. I will pray for you. When you are able, I hope you continue those knee therapy exercises. emoticon emoticon
