Glad you are enjoying your new exercise! I agree with you about the heat, I'm a northern girl and it's been over 100 degrees most of the past week - I think I may melt soon! I have to get to work early so getting up and walking is not very realistic, except on the weekends. Oh well, the heat can't last forever!
It's great that you are enjoying your workouts early. It is so good to get it out of the way early in the day and reap the benefits of the energy it creates all throughout the day. Besides, I find that working out early in the day encourages me to stay on my diet plan better because I don't want all that work I did in the morning to be for naught.
