July 2, 2012 - Day 2

Day one went well. I was sore from my workout and heavy cleaning in the basement, so I took some advil. The scale was up this morning from water retention. I can tell with my ring.

Food is planned out for today. I am still under my calorie budget. Will have to figure something out for that.

Day 2 of the bootcamp video is this morning. I will supplement with an extra 15 minutes on the treadmill again. I will also be walking 5+ hours at work today. Will be very active today.

Got 10+ bottles of water in yesterday. We were outside for a birthday party and it was so hot...I think it was coming out as fast as it was going in. Sweltering heat is supposed to continue this week.

    Great quote. We make a lot of excuses for having no time to exercise. Keep trying.

    Not to worry, your success will not show right away. Keep up the good work! Lots of water will have the opposite effect and reduce your water retention. I know! :) Be wary of your salt intake!
