The answer should be none, right? I feel like I"ve been on a diet or about to start a diet for most of my life. I know it's not the diets fault but for some reason, they get all the blame.
I'm starting to think it may be my way of not accepting responsibility for... anything. My happiness, my health, my life. Blame the diet, roller coaster, yo-yo, stress, work - but what to do about it (short of therapy)?
