Ended June with a little bit craziness on the last day - I jumped 1500 in one session, can't believe I did that! Nearing the end, I jumped without rope (just did the jump rope motion) then on last interval, used lighter jump rope. On normal days, should be ok but because I had little sleep on previous night, I got light-headed, some dizzyness in the end of workout. And maybe because I hadn't ate too much for this kind of workout.
Lesson learned: Need to be more prepared with fuel and rest!
Here's the summary of my workout from 4th June to 30th June (1st July, well, it just happened to be the end of the week so I include it in the schedule).
The coloured cells are my planned activities (Green = Rest; Yellow = Quickies; Red = Full) and the black-bold letter in the middle of each cell means what I actually did (R = Rest; Q = Quickies; F = Full, F+Q = Full & Quickies on same day).
June 2012 SparkPeople Fitness Minutes = 1052
I didn't jump rope as regular as I like so the last week of June, I worked hard to get my jump rope goal 5500 :D
As you can see, there are lots of black (no jumping) earlier of the month but more white cells with purple fonts nearing the end and I jumped the most on the last day, yay!
