Meals for the day

The food here is really good and I have been eating too much. Yesterday I made some better choices
Breakfast: 2 Tbsp granola with turkish yoghurt, strawberries and kiwi
Lunch: spinach salad with raw mushrooms, strawberries and chive cheese with a drizzle of honey mustard dressing
Dinner was out: salad, chicken kebabs with peanut sauce and fries. I left most of the fries - waayy too many!
After being here for a week I'm taking over the meal planning and most of the cooking - time to get back to normal. We've had the goodies, now we need a reality check.
My mom's stove is an induction plate, quite a change from my old gas stove in Mexico or the even older electric one in Colorado. It's rather an adjustment, it cooks quick but I can't get the "crisp" on the chicken like I normally can. By the time we leave I'll get the hang of it :)
I did bring my computer and I have done 3 yoga sessions since we got here. I even bought some yoga pants to inspire me :)
