Preview of the 1st week of July

Well I decided I am going to TRACK everything this week. I spent the evening batch cooking and preparing for the week.

I have my alarm set for 4:30 a.m. to get up and workout for 30 minutes and to workout again after work. I wish I could workout at lunch time, BUT I know I will not return back to my work area looking like a DIVA!!! lol...it would be a HOT mess...so I will stick with after work...

I will do my best to blog daily and keep you all updated with my progress!

    emoticon I feel you on that lunch workout and looking and feeling like a diva. I said I would probably not want to change clothes. Good for you for getting up at 4:30 a.m

    Lets do it.
I slept in so to the gym later I go.
Its hot here in MN I know you guys in TX has been dealing with for a while.

But lets see what we can lose in 1 month.
