How did I do in June? Really well in general, but could have done better. I have the supplement habit down so I can take that off my list for July. (I even added one more, l-Glutamate, to help with alcohol cravings.)
I need to keep the "get up and walk at work" one on the July list because it's not automatic yet: I do it most days but HAVE to be reminded of it. That has to change.
As for the "beer rules", I can stick to 3 beers a night most of the time but it's still an effort. I only had 4 or 5 slips during June but that means I need to stick to this level for at least another month or two until I'm consistent.
I actually did pretty well on stretching my meals further apart, though it made no difference in weight. I've cut back weekday snacks by a good bit and have made some progress on the weekend as well. I'll keep working on it, but I think it's actually a habit now, so I'm not keeping that on the July challenge list.
So what's my personal challenge for July?
~ Maintain the Beer Rules: Nothing before 10:10 and no more than 3 a day.
~ Walk, walk, walk at work: Get up from that damn desk!
~ Make a place in my day for the jumping jacks we did in June! 30 minimum, more if time allows!
~ Add the July challenge pushups in. Thirty pushups on July 30? I'm in!
~ Keep my itty bitty little routine while I'm stuck at my desk, but add real iron pumping in small increments every month. This month is 10 pound hand weights and tricep extensions. Don't have a number or reps figured out yet. Need to evaluate as I go.
OK. So. Modest goals as usual, but more than last month. Happy July, all!
