Vlog - Exercise - Good for your Emotions and Mind

So this is a vlog I took while walking today. Check out the gorgeous Tiger Lilies by the stone wall. I am talking about getting 10-15 minutes of exercise in to help you with coping with challenges like financial, relationship, parenting, etc.

    It is a beautiful walk you are blessed for having it. I know that exercise helps you feel good. It's the best way to wash away the yucky moods. I am so grateful that you use you vlog to inform and teach.

    Thank you Angel! New England is so beautiful. I love the lilies...but one thing I really love when I'm there are all those stone walls! We don't have anything like that in California.
