It's been a very long time.. months.. since I last blogged. I have been doing the roller coaster thing with my fitness and mostly with my nutrition. I keep overeating and it's usually on on processed, unhealthy, fatty foods. I'm hoping that's done with now. I am halfway through Insanity and now that I've started to do the really tough part of this workout, I can't eat bad while I do this or all the horribly hard work feels like it's going down the drain. So far so good today... I've challenged myself to complete a 2 week streak. Here I come!
