Hot. Tired. Cranky. Sore.

Going to bed early. Hope to feel better tomorrow.

1. Track everything I eat.
2. Get end of the month reports done.
3. Some sort of exercise. Maybe not soo intense considering how much my body hurts!

    I hope you get to go for a swim or s/thing for your exercise today-- it's stupid hot and nothing works out sore muscles better than some water cardio!
