I started the 28 day bootcamp today. Last time I didn't quite get it finished. This time I am going to make sure I finish. I have a sit down job now and I need to make sure I exercise daily or I won't be able to get the weight off. I am going to do all the videos that I can and I a going to walk daily before I go to work. Yesterday I walked two and a half miles and today I walked almost 3 and a half. I think I am off to a good start.

    Good for you! That bootcamp has great workouts! I tried it once but didn't finish either (darn knee wouldn't allow it at the time). You can do it this time! Great job on the morning walks too ~ what a great way to start your day!
