July Goals

First: If anyone has been keeping up with my trackers you will notice a lack of tracking.... this is because I have been without power since Friday afternoon and there are no signs of it coming back on for several more days... it seirously sucks, as temperatures have been in the upper 90-s and even 100-s and we have no air conditioning emoticon

So, if I am not on Spark as much as usual, it's just because I need to go to campus to use the internet. I am going to be tracking my calories by hand until the power comes back on. I will be ok though -- my gym has electricity :) It gives me even more incentive to work out each day!

July Goals
------------------
1. Track everything, every day and stay in calorie range at least 6 days per week.
2. Gym - Monday, Wednesday, Fri, Sat.
3. Sleep - Get ready for sleep at 10 pm each night, sleep 8+ hours, NO EXCUSES.
4. Stick to my budget and only eat out 1x per week after the power comes back on. NO DELIVERY FOOD.
5. Get into the 340's again! I gained a bit over the last few days due to stress and poor food choices.

I am sooo ready for the BLC#15.. let's go Dune Riders! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I feel for you without power!! When hurricane Ike came through Houston we were without power for 10 days. We did not have a heat wave with it but it was not any fun anyway. I am proud of you for tracking and writing down your food. Way to go! Hope your power comes back soon!

    I can't believe it is already July, it seems like it was just Christmas!

I've not been able to reach my ultimate goal weight yet, just 3 lbs. out of reach. So close, but seems impossible to reach. Weight loss becomes incredibly difficult the closer you get to your goal weight.

  Oh my gosh, my grandma told me about the heat wave and no electricity you all have been having in that part of the USA. It sounds horrid, I am enjoying 64 degrees here in WA :D I think the worst part for me would be losing food in the fridge to thawing/spoilage. Whew thank goodness for school and the gym, hopefully it is easing the sucky a bit!! Anyhow, I love your goals and I am sure you will meet and even exceed them!!! I can't wait to see how this round will go for you!!!!

    EEEWWW.....no a/c I do hope it comes back on soon. Tracking by hand Oh no!...how did we ever get by tracking food before computers and phones! LOL Glad to hear you are still tracking. Good luck with the July goals.

    Oh no! Hope your power comes back soon! It's been crazy hot here, and we've been going out at night instead of the day. Would be harder to do without aircon! At least you have some place to escape to, and the extra motivation for the gym can be a plus!

    I hope your environment is back to normal soon.. it's a rough time all over it seems like. But in the middle of summer it's terribly difficult to be without electricity. Good luck!

    Well glad u made ur goals. We all have to do it ever so often. Move towards ur goals. U can really do this.
