Well, 20.5. But yeah, I was not expecting that. In fact, I had an unexpected calorie hit yesterday. We had a bridal shower at a restaurant and I thought the cheesecake would be about 500 but when I got home I saw it was 810! Gulp! So I had a turkey wrap for dinner and figured at least I stayed between my weight loss range and my maintenance range. And then when I weighed myself this morning, the balance kept tapping down, down, down... to 182.5. I got off the scale to make sure it was zeroing properly, and tried again. Yup. Funny fact about calorie dense foods, they don't weigh very much. Not that I want to try that often, I was so hungry between dinner and bedtime last night. They don't weigh very much and are not as filling as a decent meal.
But yeah, 25 down!
