not going to weigh everyday. I get too discouraged. I think I will do better weighing once a week on Friday morning.
going to wake up at 4:30 am and get my butt to the gym every morning and workout for an hour before going to work.
Going to prepare, measure and put all my food in little containers for the week on Saturdays. This will make it easier for me during the workweek.I will just have to throw my lunch and afternoon snacks in my lunchbox in the morning. Less stress for me during the week.
going to remind myself that Slow and Steady wins the race. I will be happy to lose 1.5 lbs a week and anymore than that will be a bonusand If I don't lose 1.5 or more each week I will not quit.
