After a couple hard months of crazy work and stuff I suffered from a lack of exercise and stretching. Definitely feel the lag. However for the past week as Ive been on my summer schedule (teach during school year/play guitar in summer) I knew i would get back into it. Even after 4 or so days of hitting the YMCA doing cardio and stretching and some weights I feel better.
I wrenched my back planting a garden at school with the kids and the past 3 weeks have been hard with that especially nights. worse back pain in a while and lasted longer than the usual 3 days. So with the xtra stretching and exercise i think its helped and feels much better.
So my goal is to keep it up strongly for the next month and see where Ive gotten then continue from there.
Immediate goal is to curb my late night eating and overeating at dinner. Thats my big weakness. Breakfast and during the day is generally ok.
