So I lost 27 pounds last year and my last posted weight loss was in August of 2011. Since then, I have gained and lost 8 pounds over and over. Finally, I have busted that plateau and have lost an additional 2 pounds since getting myself back here to log in and track calories. My next step? Get serious about some fitness. I have already started with the 15 minute Qi Gong video and while it is not a big calorie burner, it makes me feel better and more mindful of my body and I find myself browsing through the other videos looking for more activity. I'm thinking that Bollywood routine looks promising!
