OK, so mixed blessings. My sprained ankle has meant far less cardio exercise... can't do the eliptical and can't walk to french class (3 miles round trip two days a week) but whatever... I've lost 2 lbs each week since I sprained it! I don't want to jinx it but the weight is finally coming off!

I'm starting to think that maybe I was simply working too hard. If I can keep up this level of weight loss (well, at least for a while) I'm just gonna cut back on the amount of exercise I'm doing. I can always up it when I reach the next plateau. More time for R&R and fun! Of course it would be nice to walk without a limp!!
