June was quite successful, i dropped 6 pounds and saw 150! finally, it sure has been slow
but with the workout studio and eating plan it has been good. Not saying i am 100% good but 75% is okay.
did a 5K and time was better this - 29 mins
July will be quite intense as I want to drop the 10 by end of July
started a bootcamp for 28 day eating / fitness plan and than another one for 12 sessions.
People have commented so much on my weight loss and i can sure tell now with my clothes.
