One week in and five pounds gone! Heck yeah!

No soda (except one day) all week and working out like crazy. I know I cannot get expect this kind of weight loss each week but its an awesome start! :D

    Way to go! Cutting out soda is definitely a difficult but wise decision.

    I just quit soda too. Mostly just the caffeine part. If I need something bubbly I grab a caffeine-free-diet-coke about once or twice a week, yummm.. not.

    You are off to a great start. Just don't overdo it and slow down. Slow and steady wins the race. However, you're a guy and you guys lose faster than us women any day, every day.

Congratulations for taking the first steps. Everyone here will support you. Try to get your sparkpoints every day and that will familiarize the entire site you.
