It’s Sunday morning and I am up and moving around. I am still not sleeping as well as I would like and I am not sure why. I will try and figure out why. I am doing my best to stay motivated to both keep my diet in line with what I know to be what I need to do. I need to keep in mind that the key to this is consistency. This is a change for more than the short term.
I will make today a great day and be the best at what I do.
