Mommy to Wowwy Boot Camp Challenge -Day 1

Today is July 1st and day one of my challenge with my SparkTeam Mommy to Wowwy.
I weighed in and I am NOT happy, truth be told I am disgusted!
1. I ate a yummy, overfilling Mexican meal last night and had a Margarita w/salt.
2. AF is knocking at the door (starting today/tomorrow)
According to my scale:
Weight 215-highest EV.ER
Fat (lbs) 81.6
Water weight 45.2%
Bone weight 6.8%
My motivation: I need to be feeling and looking better, ability to run again, feel good in my own skin. Be a positive role model for my boys and most of all learn a healthy relationship with food.
My Plan: RPM 2x week; BodyCombat 2x week; CXworx; 2x week; walking the dog everyday; incorporating weights into the routine. (devising a plan today)
My goal for the month: reduce BMI, weight, gain muscle/definition
