So I have decided I still love sparkpeople and when people ask me about my so called diet I say sparkpeople but I also feel I have become more idpendent with my healthy habbits.
I weighed in today and lost a pound finally but that was after a hard weeking of working out. I upped my plan to six days a week(I only made it five). But I think it is these little things that keep me going. I don't always make the right choices but I think it matters a lot when I do. Like this morning I am having wheat blueberry pancakes with turkey sauage. I also made a stew with lots of vegs and not a lot of starch. I make sure walk and am careful what I drink. I may not drink enough water but I'm not drinking lots of pop.
Overall I am proud of my self for the little things. I still have break downs and get frustrated but it's working the way it's suppose to.
I keep sing the sound "little things" and even though it is about the negative little things it could be twisted into a good things. I will post soon about monthly goals still debating.
